Screen Resizing

I prepared a major presentation and working with a colleague the screen size was correct. However, when we added additional invitees and they logged in the screen size zoomed in so the elements I placed around the edges (the thirds) were not visible. We were using teams to present the presentation.

What is needed to make this work correctly

You would need to work with whatever teleconferencing software you're using. OBS cannot control your meeting software, or how it behaves when additional people join. This is not an OBS issue.
