Question / Help Screen region camera help

So i want to start live streaming for fun and i wont my camera to show me but it shows the whole UI of the camera and i dont want that just my picture so can some one link me to a website or a Video to set up screen regions. Thanks have a great day :D

You can generally just add the webcam directly as a source. The "Video Capture Device" I believe is the source you want
