Question / Help Screen Recordings Blurry And Settings Just Fine

I try screen recording and there is a huge blur. I haven't used this program for about 2 weeks and before today it never caused any problems. Now it just seems so blurry and I played with all the settings. Even in the preview before I start to record it shows up blurry despite 10% CPU usage and changing resolution, bitrate, FPS a million times. Reinstalled program nothing helped...

Set your output settings as follows:
Output mode: Simple
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording format: FLV
Recording encoder: Software (x264, low cpu usage preset)
