Screen recording with windows magnifier

Hello,
Is there a way I could record my screen and use magnifier every now and then? I would like to record steps through financial application and occasionally zoom in/out to certain areas. I have read on a forum that installation of Python and certain script is needed. Is that correct?

If you don't mind using another software after the OBS recording, try Shotcut, you have the option to zoom in on whatever part of the recording you want to. And it's free to use!

I will use Premiere Pro after OBS. I planned to screen record in OBS, using occasionally Magnifier tool, and afterwards combine and edit videos in Premiere. My question was, how to record usage of windows magnifier in OBS. Thanks
