Screen Recorder Not Working Properly

Dear Sirs:
Recently my Screen Recorder is not working properly. I record live stream broadcasts. When I play back the recording, there is no action or movement to the recordings. Just a series of still shots, or just one still shot that runs the entire length of the recording. The audio is fine, there's just no motion or moving picture. I have been using OBS recorder for about two years now. This started happening about a couple of weeks ago. What's happening and how can I fix it?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

The log should show if the recording itself has problems, or if it's just the playback.
For example some people record with extreme quality and the system or media player can't handle a smooth playback, although the recording is "fine".

The user provided the log in a different way. The log says that PC is too weak for the performed task. Completely new PC required for the capturing (much faster PC needed). The rendering lag 75%, encoding lag 90%. The 1280x720@30fps is too much for the Celeron N4020 CPU at 1.1GHz + build-in video. Sorry.
