Hi,
I try to use OBS to do a screen record 24/7 of a webpage that broadcast 24/7 web camera. I have got permission to do screen recording, this will enable post-analyse of the video that was streamed.
I add browser content to my OBS studio, choose interact to enable full screen of web camera and starting the stream. Then I start recording. I was hoping that it could record for days, but sometimes the browser seems to pause (small wheel turning at the browser window and nothing happens).
Sometimes it takes up to more than 12 hours when it happens. Then I restart OBS studio and repeat the procedure above (full screen and start screen) and it is back to normal for some hours.
Is it possible to use OBS studio this way? Is there something particular I need to do? Is there other ways to achieve screen recording from a web camera on an external web-page?
