Whenever i try to livestream to twitch, the only thing that shows up is a VERY small line where the video is supposed to be, its the same thing when i click Preview Stream or Start Streaming, and i don't know how to fix it.

Post a link to your logfile from the help menu. there is a way there to upload your log to github. Copy the link and past the link here.
