Question / Help Screen problem

First of all thanks for reading!

My issue is that my screen is pretty weird. This is what it looks like: http://prntscr.com/9niidn

I would call it 'screen in screen in screen'

I would like to fix this issue but I have no idea how to do so. I have tried so much/all settings in OBS already..
I already use screen capture and not monitor capture so that isn't the problem

Turn Aero on, and use an Aero theme in Windows. (right-click desktop, 'personalize', pick an Aero-enabled theme).
Aero allows capturing windows without showing overlapping windows, and speeds up capture greatly as well.
