Question / Help Screen Not Working/Voice Repeating

As the title descriptively states, my screen is constantly black, and my voice continuously repeats, lapping over itself. Here's my log file, I honestly can't make heads or tails of it at this moment, since I'm just starting out with this software.

Do you have the stream preview unmuted in your browser? If so that's why it's looping.

I'm not watching my own stream, but thanks to that helpful page, I have the screen up and running now, so thank you for posting that for me.
