Question / Help Screen not doing anything

Hello! I am trying to record a minecraft roleplay through the mod client curse. Whenever I record the roleplay the video plays the sound, but the footage does nothing. I have tried many different things but it still does nothing. Any adivice?

You're overloading your system.

1. Upgrade to Studio.
2. Your CPU is weak and your GPU is VERY weak.
3. Don't do 60fps, instead run at 30fps.

4. If your system still can't keep up, try increasing your downscale resolution.
