Question / Help Screen Lag when I start OBS.

Hello peoples. My PC can hit 120 FPS on Fortnite and about 80 FPS on PUBG constantly. OBS doesn't take a lot of frames for me. When I start it up the in-game FPS meter and MSI Afterburner both show for example 100 FPS while my screen displays 20-30 FPS. This is only when I start OBS, even on desktop. My GPU load is on 0% when I'm on my desktop with OBS both on and off.

My PC Specs:
Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz 2Core 4Thread
ASUS AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB
ASUS H110M-R Motherboard
8GB Kingston DDR4 2400MHz RAM
