Screen is too dark when recording

HI,I am facing this issue during recording my screen.The issue is when I am recording,the screen is always very dark and won't brighthen up even if I turn on my screen brightness to maximum or minimum.

Here is my spec:
Laptop model : Yoga 7 Gen 7
OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 with latest updates + driver updates
RAM:32GB LPDDR5 (4GB assigned for IGPU)
CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 6800U

Further updates: You need to change color format and color space to P010/I010 and Rec.2100(PQ)/Rec.2100(HLG) if you are still using HDR.This time,I discover that we don't need to care about the HDR brightness in windows settings as obs studio can solve the issue by itself with the correct color format and color space.
Special thanks to @OXOTHNK9663 for giving me ideas to experiment with color format and color space!
