I see the bigger streamers not have this problem so I know it's fixable. My stream runs fine it's just when I tab out my stream goes black and I'd like to be able to alt-tab while my gameplay is still viewable.
Run the game in window mode so it keeps rendering. If you tab-out of a fullscreen game, it often stops rendering because its minimized, and obs has nothing to capture, thus you get a black screen.
