So currently i put streaming as Testing before i go live. And the screen is glitchy and i don't know how to fix.

Sorry for bad quality, computer that i'm recording is not supporting full quality

EDIT: It's the same thing that happens with the PC I stream

I cannot see your live stream video clearly enough to see what your glitch is.

Even if I could, I would still need a logfile to diagnose.

You have a powerful GTX 960 GPU, but you're not using it. You did not connect your monitors to it, so every graphics computing is running on your iGPU, thus wasting the GTX. Your screen glitch, whatever it might be (I wasn't able to figure out what it is), might be gone if you begin using your external GPU.

So how i'm gonna set as GTX 960 if i'm thinking correct?

You need to physically connect your monitors to your external Nvidia GPU. Currently, they are plugged in to the mainboard connectors, and this is the iGPU. As long as you don't to this, it is as if you have a car with 2 engines, one is the smallest engine possible, the other a jet turbine, and you connected your wheels to the small engine instead of the jet turbine.
