Question / Help Screen freezing

Hi, I would like to know what do I have to do when my screen freezes. When I finish recording a clip and I preview it in Vegas Pro 13 it shows like the first frame then freezes but the audio continues. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Vegas generally requires that you saved the file in .mp4 format (or converted it to mp4), needs constant frame rate to be on, needs the audio to be AAC and not MP3, and chokes if the bitrate is really high. Your probably don't have OBS set up to record files such that they'll work in Vegas in one or more of these ways. If its not obvious to you what to fix, post the OBS log file that generated the file that won't play, and maybe we can tell.
