Question / Help Screen Flicker and freezing Video Capture Device (Aver Media LGX)

I am trying to stream using my Aver Media LGX as a Video Capture Device on OBS. I tried re-installing the drivers for OBS, the Aver Media, my webcam (Logitech C920) and the problem still persists. Once I preview my stream or straight up just stream and go live on Youtube or Twitch, the bottom 3rd of the preview screen in OBS flickers and my viewers have said it flickers for them too. It flickers pixels and a quick flash of the image in the top/middle 3rd of my OBS preview screen (Essentially repeating the image on the bottom 3rd of the preview screen.) Once I leave it for long previewing or streaming for long enough eventually my Aver Media LGX Video Capture Device selection will freeze. Please note that this freeze does not occur on my TV and has never done this when I use Aver Media's program itself, only in OBS does it freeze on the preview screen. Everything else (Audio, Webcam video, overlay, and other images) do not freeze, it is only my Aver Media LGX Video Capture Device.

Those two problems are preventing me from streaming and I cannot figure out how to resolve this issue as there are no other posters on the forums with the same problem.

Here is my most recent OBS Log for reference: http://pastebin.com/H5mc0Lg4

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Run your webcam at no more than 720p. And change your buffer setting to match the bitrate you're sending out, you have it set to 0, which is especially bad for streaming to the internet. Not sure this will fix the problem you've mentioned but they are things I noticed that need to be changed.

I know this thread is getting up there in age, but I am running into the exact same issue. All drivers are up to date and they all work independently great, but when I try to use them all together my capture card window will eventually freeze. I have found I can have everything running but my webcam. I have tried in both 32-bit and 64-bit.
