Question / Help Screen flashes black & white AND ....

Firstly, my screen constantly flashes black & white whenever I am streaming to Twitch. I had my cousin, who is an expert in computers, go over my settings and their relation to my computer specs and he said they were accurate.. Problem is, he's never streamed before so I trust your word over his! :) The other problem I have is I cannot stream except when using software capture and using monitor, not windows. It sucks.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2820QM CPU @ 2.30GHz
8192MB RAM
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 (I can't figure out how to make it use my other gfx card shown below)

I would probably have to see a vod or something, but if I were to guess it would probably be related to the laptop. Laptops have to run on multiple graphics processors these days and it can cause flicking and some other issues if OBS is not set to run on the correct GPU. I would recommend looking at the latest test versions and using the new "compatibility mode" in software capture.
