Question / Help Screen doesnt get picked up

Just downloaded OBS and I'm trying to make it capture my screen... I have tried several things but it doesn't seem to change or help me.. I cant change the GPU either on my video tab and everything else i have tried doesn't fix the issues.... here are my logs too

Display capture is disabled by your laptop because you're running obs on your nvidia gpu.
