Screen capture problem

When I launch screen capture, the screen is not visible, only the cursor

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10. Your version, 1909, is no longer supported.
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. You log shows just a webcam as the source.
