Screen capture of camera

Hi

I use OBS for recording instructional videos for various subjects for example watch Repairs, when stripping a watch for example I like to screen capture every step of the way so I have an image to refer back to in case I forget were a part go, easy to do with something like a watch, especially if I had to wait for a spare part to arrive.

I know in OBS I just right click on the camera and select screen shot, but is there a way to setup a keyboard action or add a button on screen to do this as well.

I am quite new to OBS so please forgive the newbie question if it turns out to be obvious.
