Question / Help Screen Capture not working properly

I'm just wanting to screen capture what work I do for a show reel, but for some reason the program isn't capturing everything in the image. I've attached the screen capture image and then what it should be capturing

Windowed, I tried display but I'm not sure how to make it work, first time user

You need to use display capture, and if you're on a laptop, you need to set OBS to run on the intel integrated graphics adapter.
