Question / Help Screen Capture is Broken/Distorted/Weird looking?

Can anybody tell me, why my Screen Capture looks like this? Occured to me a couple days ago out of nowhere...
Only happens in OBS Studio. Streamlabs OBS and Twitch Studio Screen Capture work fine, so no Hardware issue I guess....
