Screen cap missing frames

My screen cap seems to be intermittently losing frames. My GPU usage is ~60% and CPU usage is <10% when recording. OBS UI is not showing any missed or skipped frames.

I'm not sure what to make of the log. Can anyone give me some direction? Thanks!
