I need some help and I am hoping you kind souls will be able to help me figure out a small but annoying issue.
Without giving you all of the long story I look after some schools that are currently trying to get OBS to work with Microsoft Teams for their broadcasts/meetings given the vast options it gives for customizations over something like Teams Live. Initially when this started we tried using Virtual Cables as seems to be the common solution tied with OBS virtual camera output but for the teachers/students who run these broadcasts it was a bit of a 'poop' show as having to set meshmixers and which outputs should go to which devices was frankly just too much headache for them and rarely worked as a result haha.
Then I recalled using NDI tools in the past and frankly it seems to work quite well just point the virtual webcam to the OBS plugin and you get everything.. almost... which is why I am here. The problem I am having is that youtube audio does not seem to be getting captured or at the very least broadcast to Teams.. input capture is no problem, local audio files are fine, however output capture pointing to the default speaker which I have been attempting to use to capture the browser audio output and does at least appear to be registering in OBS does not however seem to be reaching teams.
And to be frank I am not sure why.. I do not know if I am doing it incorrectly in OBS.. if NDI is for some reason not capturing it so I am hoping someone here will have the knowledge I am missing and could point me in the right direction.
