Schedule OBS to record and Stream 2 different programs on the same monitor

Hello everyone,
I have 2 different programs running on my computer and I want to transmit them independently to my website in real time, in addition to schedule to OBS so that each recording area begins to transmit independently a certain time, is it possible to do this?

Yes, you can have multiple instances of OBS running with different settings using Portable Mode (you'll need multiple installs) and use Advanced Scene Switcher to schedule streams.
