schedule livestream to Facebook

Hello! I have tried several times to schedule a livestream to FB, but when I have finished, I get a message that says that Facebook did not receive any video. Although the picture was there all the time until I stopped the streaming. I have followed the instructions thorouhly. Any advices?

So you connected (OBS -> Start Stream) at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled Live Video time?
Do you use Facebook/Live/Producer? are you getting the preview window in Live Producer of your stream?
