Schedule AUTO stream-key change, please check inside :)

So we are streaming at a web radio via OBS at facebook Live for about 14 hours. Facebook currently limits a Live stream at 8 hours. so we change the stream at about 6 hours since the start of the stream, so the last 8 hours stream will also end automatically by facebook.

i read somewhere that i can schedule start streaming with a notepad file, and windows task scheduler, my questions is how can i automate this whole setup?
including the stream key change? so the only thing i need to do every day is to change the stream key at a notepad file?
 
FB used to support a permanent live stream that didn't have to end, but they did not record it. IDK if that is still an option.
 
Upload your prerecorded videos into restream, and then schedule them to go out at different times, You can plan a whole week or month.
