Bug Report Scenes Auto Changing Size

Sometimes when I open OBS all of my windows in every single scene has changed sizes. I've been told that other people have had this issue. Here is an example through a before the resize and after.

Here is the before. I like to keep my streams very neat and spend quite a bit of time doing this...

And here is the after (after the auto size change).
It's almost like the whole thing was cropped to the upper left corner.
If there are any fixes for this I would like to know how I could perform them.
