I can't see the "+" under Scene Transitions.

Click the transition selection dropdown, the 'add's were moved to the bottom of the list of transition names, rather than a separate + button.

Ok, thank you so much for your help. I see those but, what about the long list of animation transitions? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
