Scene switching delay / source list lag on OBS versions newer than 31.1

Hi everyone,

I'm currently running OBS Studio v31.1. Whenever I test a newer version, I notice a slight delay when switching scenes: the source list takes about half a second to show after I click a scene. On v31.1, scene switching is completely instantaneous... with the same setup and the same list of sources...

Has anyone else experienced this or knows what might be causing it?
