Scene names persist through uninstallation?

I was having problems wiith OBS, so I uninstalled it and all it's information (per the uninstaller).

I reinstalled OBS and created a scene. I tried to change the name of the scene and OBS said The name is already in use. Where is this information saved, and why wasn't it removed when I uninstalled the app?

Looks to be C:\users\<Username>/AppData\Roaming\obs-studio

I started the post. There is no "scroll back up and actually read the post." So you got something to say about what extension to save movies as?
Well, what extension do you say "everyone" should save their movies? Since I can't scroll up and actually read the post I started that you are referring to?
