Scene is blank warning

Basically a completely blank scene for more than x seconds, will do something, window flashes red, sound notice, etc. as for the most part a long blank scene is probably a bad thing.

It's definitely a case of PEBCAK, but I've managed to record two seperate blank videos the past week.

Hehe, yea it was also discussed to add a message if you start streaming with no sources at all, etc.
So this will definitely be added in some way. Guess some people might use a black scene for a quick pause or something, but thats probably a small minority. I mean, you can at least add a little pause graphic :)
