Scene disappeared

I was getting ready to zoom, everything was working properly from my camera into OBS when all of a sudden I hit the mouse and now the camera is no longer showing in OBS. The red square is not there. How do I get the red square back and my camera working in OBS.

Have you tried re-adding the camera? Can you see any of your existing sources in OBS? Sounds like you've lost your settings.
