Question / Help Scene Advancing and triggering output to monitor sources

We are using OBS Studio to present multiple input sources to three flat panel monitor output sources. This is for a theatrical production and we have to present this without anyone seeing the desktop of the laptop that all of this is running from.

We have created about 30 Scenes with images or input from a USB connected Webcam as the source. We have the scenes ordered in the proper order to match the queues and the scene from the play they correspond with. We would like to be able to simply proceed from one scene to the next as the play runs to trigger the proper scene in OBS Studio. The challenges we are experiencing are the following:

1. Does not step from one scene to the next and advance to the next scene in the Scene list once we have triggered the previous. Is there a way to get it to step from one scene to another?
2. To get the scene to output to the monitors, we have to right click and choose Fullscreen Projector and then pick the output choice.
Is there a way to get it to automatically trigger the scene to the output device when the scene name is selected or come upon in the Scene list?

Any suggestions you have to make the above run easier and more smoothly is very much appreciated! Opening night is this Thursday (6/16).

OBS is a livestreaming production tool, not a video mixer, which appears to be what you're looking for.

No, there is no auto-switch between scenes. A common workaround for people who want to toggle scenes is to install AutoHotkey and set up a macro with timed delays. This has some drawbacks like not being able to pause or alter the order once it's been fired off.

No, there's no way to automatically output fullscreen to a given output device.

You're trying to use OBS for something it is patently not intended to be used for. Get use-case appropriate software. And yes, it will likely cost money.
