Question / Help Scan Displayregion than do action?

Hi,

I am a bit new and have some question.
Is it possible to scan a certain area of the streamed content and if "it" changes (like HP-, Armor- Ammo-Count, color or something else) it triggers an event? A animation starting or changing an allready loaded animation to another one ?!
Or even to Switch scenes ?
