Question / Help Scale filtering

I am trying to change the scale filtering from Bilinear to Lanczos but nothing happens it doesn't change, why?

EDIT: Nevermind I fixed it by reinstalling the program

Changing that filter isn't going to do anything if you have your base and output resolutions the same.
