Scale filtering for Rescale

Hi! Here's the thing. I record and stream at the same time. I play and record at 1440p, but for the stream I use Rescale in 1080p. The problem with Rescale is that it has no scale filtering like Downscale does. It appears to have bilinear filtering by default, but I'd rather use something like bicubic. It would be nice to have this feature for Rescale as well. Thanks!
