Question / Help Saying cant connect to server when trying to stream!

Ive tried countless this when trying to start streams... ive changed my server location, my stream key, my twitch account even my straight up settings and it keeps telling me i cant connect to the servers to stream! Please help!

Sorry for the late response:

You are running OBS on your iGPU. USe Nvidia control panel and run OBS on NVidia card.

Also, worth noting that the 940M doesn't support NVENC anyway, so you will not be able to use that encoder.

thanks man. i appreciate it from both of you. now i know i seem very problematic but now when i hit start stream it doesnt say i cant connect to the server but now when i hit start streaming it gives me a loading sign but then doesnt start streaming. it doesnt show a stop streaming button. it almost acts as if i never hit start streaming... any help? need a new log?

Grab a new log from after you changed the encoder back to x264. Restart OBS, then try to go live, then go to Help -> Log Files -> Upload Current Log
