Stop streaming just means you stop encoding data to the RTMP server you specified. If you checked "Save File" in the settings then the file will be there where you specified. Otherwise the stream may be at the website you streamed to but that is up to the website to store the stream or not. If you're just doing a local recording then it'll save the file to where you specified.

What do you mean it doesn't "show your videos"?

You need to check the box and specify a file path and name, and then your future streams will be recorded locally at the path you specified.
