You can import and export Profiles (=everything you find behind the settings button) and import and export Scene Collections (=everything you find under the Scene and Sources subwindows). You can export these on one computer and import these on another.
But importing a scene collection created on a different computer might not be usable, because the sources in a scene collection may reference Windows device names, and on a different PC devices might be named differently.
And if one computer is more powerful than the other, importing a profile from a different computer might result in bad recordings. If you tuned some recording settings on a powerful computer and import these settings on a not so powerful computer, the recordings might be laggy or choppy.
So it's probably best if you design a streaming template on the very machine you intend to use it on. Otherwise it might take more time to fix an imported template than it would take it to create it on that computer in the first place.
