After I create an OBS program, and do not record it, how can I save everything and then begin working on an entirely new project without loss of everything I have done in former project.

Look at the main menu Profiles and Scene Collections.
Also, there is portable mode (step-by-step: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...-when-opening-app-settings.82157/#post-346499 ) for the application, you can save and transfer whole obs to the USB-stick. And OBS Studio doesn't save resources itself (images, video etc.). It keeps only paths to the last media sources that were used in the program.
