Saved Full Screen Projector Preview is Gray on Opening of OBS

Good afternoon,
I'm currently running version 27.1.3 (64 bit) of OBS
I am running Windows 10 21H1 64bit (though previous versions of Windows 10 had the same issue)
I have Nvidia nView Desktop Manager enabled (though disabling it doesn't seem to make a difference)
I also use ShareMouse Pro v5.0.49 to share my Mouse/Keyboard between my two PCs (though again running this has not caused the issue in the past versions of OBS)

My issue is that when I use the Full Screen preview to send the preview window of OBS to one of my connected displays and save projectors in the settings of OBS so a new session will automatically open this full screen preview window; the window is gray and does not show the contents of the OBS preview window. Closing the projector preview and opening it back up once OBS is already running allows me to see the full screen preview as desired, but it used to work automatically by using the save projectors option in OBS settings.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue to know if this bug has already been reported to the devs?

Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

I've seen this problem pop up recently as well. I'm using portable mode as a second instance of OBS to run some live captions into a meeting room separate from the streaming instance of OBS. It uses a full screen projector to a specific video output. Just as you mentioned, the projector is just a gray screen when I start up that portable instance. But if I close the projector and reopen it, everything is fine.
