Question / Help save to different drive

hello and sorry for taking your time with my question but i need help.

when i record it goes on my SSD (low on space)
how do i record to my 1TB HDD ?
i see the file path option under Broadcast settings but when i 'browse' to select the drive i want to use ,i select a drive and and file and click save but nothing happens

the file path does not change ?!
am i doing it wrong ?
i suspect i am but i do not know,
any help would be appreciated greatly

You may need to navigate to where you want to save, then enter a filename. You can also type a path directly into the box, including variables (like $T for a time/date stamp).

ex: D:\TwitchRec\$T_Ferretbomb.flv (what I use)
