Save Settings with Scenes

OBS newbie. Is there a way to save settings (bitrate, fps, output size, etc.) with a particular scene? Some scenes I want to minimize file size (e.g., screencasts) and other scenes I want maximum quality. I have not found a way to accomplish this.

Bitrate/FPS/Resolution are stored at the profile level, not scene or scene collection level.

To clarify, you create a new Profile for each service you use, as well as each resolution/framerate, or bitrate variant you want to use.
For example, I have a profile for YouTube 1080p60, one for Twitch 1080p60, one for Twitch 1080p30, one for Twitch 720p60, and one for doing ultra-high-quality recordings without streaming.
