Question / Help Save/backup profile

Is there a way to backup profiles? I have noticed that when OBS is still open and I hard reboot my pc the profile is completely deleted and all my created scenes are gone, which means reconfiguring everything.

I tried exporting my settings but after importing them I do not get my previously created scens back.
Some guidance would be helpful :)

Does it happen after giving OBS a soft shutdown at least once?

no on soft shutdown it does not happen, but regardless of the way it happens is there any way to save ur profile and reload them again?
