Hi, i want to write the code for a plug-in and i need a simple source code example.
Is there any simple sample with basic documentation?

There is no documentation yet.
Check out existing plugins (https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/tree/master/plugins)

For development related questions there is also a dedicated sub-forum here as well as the #obs-dev IRC channel on QuakeNet.
