Same video capture device multiple times - black screen

Hello, I am trying to add the same video capture device (ATEM Mini) multiple times that is not a reference to an original.

I try and add the same video capture device to seperate scenes or the same scene but any other than the original is just a black screen. Or if I restart the program the newest video capture I made of the same device is the only to show video and the originals are now black.

Am I not able to add multiple versions of the same video capture device that is not a reference? I am needing to do different filters to the same capture device source is the reason I am trying to do this. Some I want the filter and some I do not want a filter. But If I delete the filter in any of the reference sources, it deletes them in every one I have in any scene. This is a problem for my broadcast

I have went into the graphics from the display options and have changed the options for OBS to high performance (it says it runs from the same processor as the 'power saver')

Correction: when trying to add a second Video Capture Device of the same source, it is a blank screen. And I am not able to highlight that new one I added on the preview. Only on the list at the bottom with the other sources.

I think I discovered a resolution that will work for me. I am instead running multiple scenes with the duplicate Capture Device and running the filters on those scenes within my broadcast scene.
