Same source in every scene

We should have a button, like: Repeatedly source, where we can add a source that will be showed in every scene. For example, an webcam, that will be showed in every scene that we have. Its annyoing to place the web in the same place on every scene, so we should be able to have a button, here we can add a source that will be repetead in the scenes that we want to.

An implementation of such a feature would probably be a lot more complicated than that, involving a more sophisticated layering system. Such a thing will probably be possible in the OBS rewrite eventually.

If you only need to manage 1 source that is repeating in each scene, you can make 1 scene with the webcam only, and copy that scene, that way you'll have the exact same position for it.

If there are many elements that have to be on the same position, you can mess with the config file and put the x/y/width/height manually
