Question / Help Same old black screen problem...

Hi everyone ...

Sorry to be cliche but I can't get any windows captures to work (except for file explorer) ... They used to work on my streaming laptop but then I just started getting black screens only. So I am trying on my personal laptop, and I am having the same issues ...

Hopefully I did the log file correctly ... Here it is

I am not computer illiterate, but this seems to be deep water for me, so if you could explain it to me like I am a 5 year old, that might help.

Skype for one (using desktop version). But can't capture any windows right now except for file explorer. Trying to capture Chrome windows if that matters.

Harold, thank you ... I appreciate it. Chrome windows work now!

And I made sure that I was using the desktop version of Skype and did not update on my work streaming computer and it works too!

SO helpful. Thank you for your time.
