Ok, trying this again as my first post is still awaiting approval since yesterday just to be posted 24 hrs ago! Ridiculous
To anyone that can help guide me in the right direction. I'm experiencing the black screen issue with my laptop even after making all the recommended settings changes offered under the 'Laptop? Black screen when capturing? Read here first' post.
I've set my Nvidia graphics under Manage 3D Settings to have OBS Studio use High-performance NVIDIA processor, which is what I have The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition set to as well.
Under Power Options: Aditional Power Settings, I've added the Ultimate performance option and have it selected.
Plus under Graphics Settings in my Window 10 ver 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1466) I have OBS Studio and Skyrim both set to High Performance.
In OBS Studio I have my source set to Game Capture and mode set to Capture specific window, window being [SkyrimSE.exe]: Skyrim Special Edition, but I'm still getting a black screen. Any ideas?
